Panforte is the traditional Christmas cake of Siena. We have made it even more delicious thanks to our own special-method recipe and ingredients that give our Panforte Bianco its unique flavour.
Ingredients: water, sugar, candied orange, candied citron, honey, almonds, flour,Panforte spice (a special mixture), coriander, vanillin.
